I’ve had such a wonderful experience at Mawson Dental care ! The staff is incredibly friendly, always welcoming you with warm smiles. They are so patient, especially with children, and make every visit comfortable and stress-free. I truly appreciate how they follow up and even take the time to call and check on you after visits. The care and attention they give is exceptional, and we are always happy with their service. Mawson Dental Care is located in a pretty neat corner with plenty of parking, either in Woolworths or the free parking a little further out. Upon walking in, the reception and seating area is quite small, but gives off a warm, cozy and comfortable vibe which makes it stand out from the rest of the market. The reception staff were very kind and friendly.Dr Z. Tan approached my case as a patient with a very deep understanding of my previous dental history. Therefore, with any further questions he had I was able to easily clarify.He was considerate of my feelings as a patient, had a good understanding of how a particular treatment may make the patient feel. For example, sensitivity to cold water, he was able to accomodate according to my concerns. In addition, he gave me multiple options on how I wanted my teeth to be treated.When there was something I did not understand, he spoke with a soft voice to communicate and explain dental terminology in a way so that it was clear to someone without a background in dentistry.Finally, he was patient and respectful towards his colleagues. When they weren't too sure about one of his requests, he effectively delivered the training and guidance to provide them a clear understanding while keeping my time and attention as a priority.While performing all of this, he seemed calm and stress-free at all times.Overall, 5 star for Dr Tan and 5 star for the practice.Dr Tan has earned a new patient that will definitely go back.

Based on a recommendation by a 'saavy' friend, I attended Mawson Dental Care for the 1st time recently. At this point I have had the most professional & caring hygienist treatment I ever experienced. The rooms are calming & wonderfully clean. The receptionist also professional & helpful. A very hidden fine crack was found. Highly recommended.

I'm currently in the process of aligning my teeth through Rob at Mawson Dental Care and I thought I'd come on here and give some appreciation to Rob and the team.Firstly, the receptionists are very professional and attentive. They always have a genuine caring attitude towards not only me but other patients that I see come through. It's lovely being treated like an individual and not just another patient.Secondly, Rob has been an absolute legend when it's come to my aligners. Being on week 14, thus far he has given me not only a detailed and carefully planned treatment but a personalized experience. Rob is very personable and always loves a good chat each appointment. I can't say I've ever gotten to know my dentist, well like I do with my barber.A great dentist like this is hard to come by. If you're looking for a long term dentist that cares, look no further!
